About Me

It took me a while to find the right path…
Those who know me would agree and many wonder why I walk this path at this time. My answer is that I feel this is the right place for me to be at this point in my life. One of my favorite questions is “Why?”. Why did this happen? Why do I feel this way? What led me to make this decision? Why are so many people in pain? Answering these questions for myself led me to believe that many others have these same questions and more. I’ve found therapy to be the best place to get answers to the question “why”. It’s a place to gain insight about yourself by looking at your thoughts, feelings and behavior. If you come to me for therapy, I can’t promise an easy fix or a simple list that will turn your life around. I can promise that you will have a caring and compassionate listener and someone who desires to help you forge a new path which leads to your “new ending”.
